Davide Bazzali was born in Pontremoli, Tuscany, very close to Lucca the hometown of Giacomo Puccini. He grew up in Parma, the city of Giuseppe Verdi. He studied cuisine at the Salsomaggiore Hospitality School in Italy. Bazzali has a passion for travel, arts, and culture which have all informed his cuisine. In parallel, he’s studied theatre and music, working with different musical and theatre companies in Italy and Canada. The musical genres he explores are varied, ranging from lyrical to popular, jazz, and world music.
He eventually blended his passions for lyrical singing and good food by merging them both at his restaurant and in his unique catered events.
